Look up how to edit the volt frequency curve in MSI Afterburner, and set yours to max out at 2700Mhz at 975mV. Add 1500Mhz to memory.

 

My Gigabyte Gaming OC 4070S could handle every game at 950mV, but Cyberpunk is especially demanding and crashes. YMMV.
