stress test software for overclock

i do overclock my i5 4670k at 4.4ghz with 1.230v 

when i test it with Cinebech 5 times it work with no problem but when i playing game, some time my PC goes to bluescreen (very seldom)

so my question here do Cinebech is good software for stress test? and Intelburn is safe to use for stress test?

Use Intel Burn Test. is your CPU staying cool enough? Cinebench should stress it, but it won't put load on your CPU for as long as something like a game would obviously.

I think Prime95 could work. I think it's a pretty well build stress tester.

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D

occt is a nice cpu stress test tool.
Also ASUS have made a open source bench testing software call RealBench which is pretty good for an all rounder.
