GIGABYTE RTX 4080 Super Gaming OC, fans wont go lower than 1300RPM

The fans will not go lower than 1300RPM when gaming, once the GPU hits 50c the fans shoot straight up to 1300RPM. It wont let me lower this in the GCC software, is this normal?

Do you have multiple monitors? Zerofan spin only works with usually with one monitor, if there are more then one, the fans spin at a minimum. My gpu is 1000 rpm at its minimum with 3 monitors.

I have only 1 monitor. Zerofan works fine, I just cant change anything in Gigabyte software cause it's almost as if its locked and I can edit anything. So when I open a game the GPU obviously goes above 50c and the fans spin at 1300RPM which I want to change to about 1000RPM

I suggest you replace GCC with MSI Afterburner which allows you to set a custom fan curve, and you can even explore undervolting to make the GPU run significantly cooler with negligible impact on performance.
