Help low cpu score in bench marks and low fps in cpu based games like cs2

hi im having a problem with my pc regarding my cpu it is under preforming heavily like 50% worse than it should and more idk i have a few ideas as to way to much dust in my pc but it isnt overheating it is staying at a cool 40 degrees on load so idk on 3dmark time spy on fire strike i get a combined score of 17k when the average is 25k my gpu score is on par with what it should be and my cpu score is half or less of what it should be. My specs are ryzen 7 5700x and a 4060

What motherboard do you have? also can you post the link to your result?

The best point of comparison is cinebench R23, a single run of it from cold. If that's markedly below average then there might be some sort of hardware/firmware issue. If its completely normal, there may be a software/OS issue that's preventing proper boosting behavior in some applications or overheating with a combined CPU+GPU load.

Since we still dont know what motherboard do you have. Looking at the CPU freq, I assume you got an A320 motherboard?

CPU frequency sitting at ~1700 MHz is abnormal.

That's 1/2 of the 3.4 GHz Base frequency....it's like the CPU is running on idle mode.

Also explains why the CPU temperature only peaks at 40*C.

Hey man i fixed it i asked a guy i know he said try unpark cpu cores and it worked its now working like it should but thanks for the help anyway
