Where is my throttling coming from?

i dont know it youve done this...but...pbo on asus boards (at least x570 boards not sure on x470) need turned on in 2 different areas. first in ai tweaker and the second one is in advanced (i think under amd overclocking)
just a thought

with just pbo on my 5800x with a 240 rad its hit 5.1gig on 2 good cores and 4.8 on the rest with an auto overclock of 4.2 is the best ive seen on my chip
