Gu-z perfcap reason power and Power_SRC voltage too high causing low performance in gaming laptop

AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS with Radeon graphics 

16 GB RAM

Windows 11 home

Nvidia 2050

 

 

Hi, I've had this laptop for a while and I've having performance issues.

Sometimes everything goes perfect and I have good fps at every game. But sometimes when I turn on my laptop suddenly it goes at low fps at every game.

So I check my GPU with gpu-z and see that I have high power usage when in idle when I have low performance 

But when it's going fine this doesn't happen but I still have the power_src too high.

I already tried deleting the gpu drivers and reinstalling them with ddu and I even made a clean install of windows 11.

(Sorry for my bad English it's not my first language)

Your issue is not related to voltage. You are simply current/power limited by the bios of your graphics card.

Even when my I am not using my GPU?

If you aren’t the one using it, something is. There is no reason for a graphics card to max out its current limit unless it’s doing something.
