My water cooler is now an airplane

So I've had this Corsair H100x for a few months and it was doing fine till 3 days ago, one of the fans couldn't get up to speed after I had to update, so I powered down,  took of my front panel and spun it around with my finger.

When I powered it on again it was running just fine.

Then this happened again this morning.

This doesn't happen unless my pc is turned off, any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you double checked the connectors to what I assume is a commander pro?

Sounds like you have a bad fan (assuming there's nothing rubbing against the blades).

 

If you're still under warranty, reach out to Corsair. If not, replace the fan.
