Would like some help with my 2nd ever PC build

Budget (including currency): £1300

Country: UK

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Sim racing games, Minecraft, VR games, Blender

Other details:

I'm working on my second PC build and picked some parts that looks good to me. I'm not trying to maximise my budget, just want to make sure everything fits well together. Here's my PCPartPicker list: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/MXcFL9

I liked using Intel and Nvidia before, so I wanna stick with them. If there are compatibility problems or if you know about better parts that work better, please let me know. I already ordered the case, cpu and psu but I should be able to cancel if I accidentally made a huge mistake xD

Thanks for helping out!

(you can also swap the 7500F for a 7700 for better blender performance and an iGPU as well as slightly better gaming performance and still be in budget or swap it for a 7800X3D which is an AMAZING gaming CPU and is as good as blender as the 7700 and should still fit in budget)

For intel and nvidia (this build should be quite a bit better at blender)

7900 + 7900 gre + 32gb 6000c30

if you go for a used 3080 (~350£) or get a good deal on a used 6800xt (<400£) you might be able to get a 7950x instead of a 7900

otherwise this is a pretty balanced build overhaul with an all around upgrade to literally everything

and i still have absolutely no clue why the p3 plus is so popular considering its stupid overpriced to the point that you can get a real top end dram gen4 for around the same price if not cheaper like the mp600 pro nh i picked

multiple reasons, the cpu isnt the WORST deal, but its not the best either, youd be better of with something else, and that powers supply is nearing the 100 pound range, which is were you can find some great value 800w psu's, and the case, the case is a a horrible deal, you dont want to spend 100 on a case in this budget

Yeah the case makes sense. In my defence, I had a corsair case before and I'm more used to them. And I guess the best I could probably save would be maybe 40 pounds which isn't that much compared to the total price of the pc

Hm I thought £120 for 2tb was a good deal considering the mp600 I found was £124

The 903 max is a much better case for airflow being nearly the top of tech power ups charts

7500f is a much better gaming cpu for less, am5 gives you a better upgrade path, 7800 xt has more vram than the 4070 (but there is also an intel and nvidia list if that’s what you prefer with a 14700 which is a much better cpu for blender and gaming than the 12600kf)

mote wattage psu for 20 pounds more (worth it imo, especially where cpu and gpu wattage is going nowadays)
