I cannot enter the BIOS after enabling the fast boot option. What should I do?

One option would be to clear cmos with either a jumper or removing the battery for a while.

You could probably pull OS drive. The point of fastboot is to bypass the option to get into BIOS

are you able to get in to windows? If so then hold shift when you click restart and continue to hold it; should take you to the troubleshooting screen inside the windows bootloader where you should then have an option for 'enter UEFI BIOS'
