PC Sometimes doesn't boot

Hi everyone! I'm having some trouble with my PC, sometimes it doesn't boot, I get no signal and it doesn't show the Motherboard's starting animation but all LEDs and fans turn on and it's fixed by holding the power button and powering it on again but it gets quite annoying. 

This is my Build. I tried updated my bios but it didn't help. Beforehand thank you for your help!

Could be GPU or the power to the GPU. Check you connections and cables.

SSD: 1tb Samsung 970 evo m.2 nvme
PSU: Corsair CX650M
Displays: ViewSonic VA2012WB LCD 1680x1050p @ 75Hz
Gateway VX920 CRT: 1600x1200@75Hz, 1200x900@100Hz, 960x720@125Hz, 800x600@140Hz
Gateway VX900 CRT: 1600x1200@75Hz, 1200x900@100Hz, 960x720@120Hz (Can be pushed to 175Hz)
 
Keyboard: Thermaltake eSPORTS MEKA PRO with Cherry MX Red switches
