Budget gaming mouse

Go to solution Solved by Hungry4Eggs,

Ok so I’ve decide to go with the hyperx haste wireless

Currently using a cheap ugreen mu105 🙃

Looking for a gaming mouse under 100 CAD. I mostly play fps games and I want something with side buttons that just works, preferably wireless.

If you want several very versatile thumb buttons I highly recommend the Logi G604

I’m only going to need 2 for web surfing so I don’t need a 15% keyboard on my mouse

Also would razer mice be any good? They seem fine from what I’ve checked

Personally, I think this is a decent mouse, Keychron M1 Wireless. It has a decent censor, two receivers(regular usb and usb c), can connect via wireless receiver, bluetooth and wired connection. Lastly it's $45.

Seems decent! Although it’s $64 CAD and It would be nice to see how other mice compare at that price point. (Like the g305)

Here's the gist of it. Almost every mice that has pixart 3395 sensor are at least around, more or less, $100usd. While almost all mice that have the same features, like the tri-connection are above $100usd(near $150-200). So specs and features, it's punching up and not necessarily losing. The brand itself is a solid, just not known for mice.

Maybe try the Basilisk v3. Its a good mouse and has side buttons, just as you need. Nice RGB too.

Ok so I’ve narrowed my list down to this:

Logitech g305 for $70

Razer basilisk v3 x hyperspeed for $90

keychron m1 wireless for $64

hyperx pulsefire haste wireless for $73

What would be the best deal?

I can't believe any of these computer mice are considered budget lol. I've been rocking a $30 Logitech G203 for the last ~7 years. It's perfection.

You're thinking too hard about this. An absolutely perfect mouse is not going to make you a good gamer or better at anything. Just pick the one that looks the coolest and feels the best in hand (take advantage of Store returns).
