Weird USB device (BT adapter) halting POST ?

BadWeegy

So uh here's an interesting one

I have this generic and basic USB Bluetooth adapter, whenever I have it plugged in (any usb port, front panel or mobo) and hit the power switch, Ill get fan spin, screen is on but no post, can't even go into the bios

As soon as I pull it out, boot will resume normally

After boot I can plug it back and use it just fine

anyone knows what's causing this ? And if it's possible to not have to plug it out for every post ?

Yup, very cheap but it works just fine...as long as I wait for post to plug it in and that's kinda annoying

Did it had a partition for driver installation and went hidden after you've installed the driver?

If I remember correctly, when I first plugged it in, I didn't really get a driver installation notification or windows, it just started using the generic microsoft BT driver right away, that's also what shows up now in the bluetooth section in device manager just generic microsoft drivers
However I do also get these 3 under the "other devices" section when it's plugged in:

I guess it's not one of those device I mentioned. What if you turn off boot from USB device in the BIOS?

Tried that, I also switched the boot order so that USB devices are last

Also I just discovered this:

When in bios setup, if I plug in the thing, it completely freezes too, and if I unplug it, it unfreezes

This is getting kinda funny, it's like a bios time stopping device
