Safe? Possibly.

I would check those inner sheaths for damage, at least wrap the gap in plenty of electrical tape and eliminate as much cable stress as possible. Ideal thing to do is buy a new cable.

It could be fine and you can do what DigitalGoat mentioned but personally I'd replace that immediately. I prefer to pay a small cost and not take any risks.

Safe as long there is no exposed wire.

That kind of cable is pretty cheap, so just replace with a new one.

While it's still safe, I would still just replace it, C13 cables aren't expensive.

I like to edit my posts a lot.

No exposed copper yet, so not unsafe, but still far from safe. Throw some electrical tape at it while waiting for a replacement.

Usable but id just replace it

Theyre like 2$ so might aswell rather than the inner cables eventually getting cut the same way the outer plastic got cut and melting

The actual conductors look okay in those pictures, but the damaged jacket means that's now a weak spot in the cable. If it's not a problem yet, it will be a problem sooner than later. That's line voltage.

Power cables are cheap. Replace it.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

I got a cable like that that's been with me since my first custom built PC nearly 25 years ago.  I only keep it around for sentiment and only use it for testing these days where it's out in the open and visible

With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!
