NVidia driver on different GPU?

Should be the same driver package I think, yeah. Although I don't know why you'd want to, just select the right card and download that.

Case: Meatbag, humanoid - APU: Human Brain version 1.53 (stock clock) - Storage: 100TB SND (Squishy Neuron Drive) - PSU: a combined 500W of Mitochondrial cells - Optical Drives: 2 Oculi, with corrective lenses.

Can I install nVidia driver of a GTX 650 in a GTX 750?

I have seen their GeForce driver website, I searched by selecting gpu and got the drivers with same file size!

 

Can I still install nVidia driver of a GTX 650 in a GTX 750? (this is just an example).

Nvidia has actually 2 drivers for their GeForce graphics card.

-> Notebooks

-> Desktop

The company uses a 1 driver for all graphics card approach.

@Koka458 It's because their graphics cards use the same drivers (for the GeForce lineup), the only place where it differs is when you look at professional cards (Quadro) and their mobile cards.
