how recently did you make this mint install image? you might consider a fresh download and format

Ive got Linux Mint on a usb and I want to try it out (I did it ages ago on an old laptop but the battery died almost instantly so I just left it till now). I tried putting it at the top of the boot order and ensured all boot #1 stuff was set to the usb but when it started I didn't get an image but I heard a noise I think but I still didn't get an image so I had to force shutdown my pc and now I'm back in Windows. Thank you very much.

if the laptop boots properly, go to the BIOS and move the hard drive all the way to the bottom of the boot priority

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad
