My PC operating system randomly collapse

Hey i really need some help, i did a lot of diagnostics on my pc (SSD, Temp, Drivers etc) but in every 3 months or so my operating system (win 10 or win 11) just collapse without any signs. After that i need to reinstall my windows and it's really anoying 

 

Anyone has some tech tips to what can cause this behavior?

Have you tried an alternative SSD? Regardless of the fact you've "tested" it.

nope, i have one nwme ssd and a hdd for downloads in crystaldiskinfo and windows reports back that the ssd is fine.

Nonetheless, I recommend swapping it out and seeing if the same issue occurs.
