Temperature is ok but should I change the thermal pads [Solved]

I am currently using GTX 1060 6GB after changing the thermal paste my temperature decrease a lot 

and the temperature is ok but should I should change the thermal pad that is used in the Vram ?

No. Unless the pads have been torn to shreds or are super dried out, they should be fine. Pads are a pain to replace because you have to get the EXACT thickness, otherwise it will cause issues.

What temperature is your VRAM at? If the VRAM temps are already fine then there is no reason to change them.

No, as others have said. Too thin/stick will be an issue. Paste can give to a 5-8°Drop  pads not as much, they generally perform about the same. thickness has to me withing 0.25mm (compressed). If they're not torn its unlikely to get noticeable performance change.
