does it even have a pci-e 6 pin connector or anything?
RTX a2000, maybe rtx 4060 and limit power targets.

RTX 3050 6G is in price/performance the most affordable GPU that only needs power from the PCIe slot. But even with this card a i5-7400 is a massive bottlekneck.

the 3050 is technically the best in this scenario but the price is just kinda not good. even used. it's kinda frustrating how there's much better amd cards at that price point but they all need external power.
