CPU Monitors are completely bonkers

System Info:
Ryzen 7 5800X3D
Radeon RX 6700 XT
16GB 2400MHz Memory
1x 2TB NVMe SSD
2x 2.5" 1TB SSD(s)

So I felt like I've been having issues with my CPU possibly underperforming [overheating?] since I built it in mid-2023. Dragon's Dogma 2 has been the latest thing to push my PC and I wanted to check my CPU temps to see how it was performing and it was showing a very small negative number in C°. I restarted my PC and it seemed to fix it and I went forward. Since then it's had similar issues and restarting stopped fixing it but it wasn't really effecting performance so I've been ignoring it. Since then I've reinstalled Ryzen Master and Adrenalin but both are showing impossible values. I checked in bios and it was showing very normal temps so I have no idea what's going on.

that is quite a lot of power consumption, what power supply do you have that can handle 52 megawatts?
you should check if your motherboard has a bios update and do that first and see if the sensors read correctly after
