Basically, I think she's dead, to my knowledge and what I've tested so far;

Different PCI-E slots

Different Power Cable

NOT TRIED A DIFFERENT COMPUTER YET <- Doing this Tuesday at work.

The fan doesn't spin at all, most of the time, occasionally it will spin - but not for long. It also doesn't output at all apart from once when I did manage to get it to output to my TV via HDMI.

The card I have is a KFA2 GTX 660, Reference cooler design version. If it has gone I'm not that bothered as they're not made anymore so I'll get my money back and get a nice pair of Radeons in my system :P

Do you need any other information? Please don't hesitate to ask.

psu maybe?

I've actually not had a way of testing this, it's a CX500M, so I suppose the contacts could of gone with the cable? It has to 6+2 pins on one cable too if that means anything? (I've tried them both)

does the rest of your system work?

As far as I can tell yes, it's an FX-8320 chip so there's no onboard graphics so I can't physically test that.. ):

Yes.

What MB? You'd try onboard (If it's, some AM3+ include onboard graphics (Usually ATI HD 3000 (for example: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 has one))

Also what @Prokart2000 asked :P

M5A99X R2.0 LV X ZY Turbo or something.

Make sure that the 4 pin cpu power is connected as well the 20+4pin power cords. That 4 pin is really easy to forget about.

definstly connected..
