When i connect manual vpn tcp , Disabled port forwarding rules , need , using plex

I played around settings  and solved , 
I have added custom port myself 32400
plex showing me selected port is 32400 , searched about 32400 is TCP and best option
and solved while connected to vpn

tried but can't solve . how to connect to vpn tcp without error ?

What is that from? 

There might be some conflicting settings causing that not to work. Check to measure sure you don't have a dmz setup, that might do it.
