Has anyone noticed such discoloration on their cpu contact pad. Still the computer is servicing properly

my brand new i5 12400 had some discoloration which was my previous PC. And
My current CPU ryzen 7 7700 may have it too.Not sure..

Has anyone noticed such discoloration on their cpu contact pad. Still the computer is servicing properly
