Steelseries rival 3 will not work with half full batteries

I have alot of issues with this mouse but this is the most annoying one. It takes maybe a day or a day and a half for the mouse to completely just stop working with half full batteries. Aswell, the bluetooth has just completely stopped working and will not be detected. Does anyone have any clue how to fix this?

Sounds like your mouse is going out or if new it's a DOA. I'd warranty it if still possible.
