I'm currently looking for something that doesn't require a graphs card but has on-board graphics for output to view Cameras (12 in all ) , must have great power efficiency, needs to have a decent core count CPU, and fast currently using a 6700 and at 100% utilization, Ram around 16 gb ddr3 or DDR 4

What is the budget supposed to include?

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

(you might not need 32gb of ram so get 16gb of vengeance lpx 3200 cl16)
