Cannot turn on or off any windows feature

I was trying to turn on the Virtual Machine Platform but couldn't because it gave me an error. tried to google it and run some tests like [sfc /scannow] that also didn't help. Hoping for some positive feedback!

Try

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Then sfc /scannow again.

Boot up a Windows ISO, Windows 2 Go USB, or WinPE. Open the command prompt and perform an in-place upgrade to repair the damaged component store via dism /apply-image to the target windows installation path. It would be wise to make a backup beforehand, in case anything goes wrong.
