Atx pinout for EliteDesk 705 G4

Amyra

hello

I going to get a 705 g4(MT version) I might want to upgrade the PSU later on...

what should I do to figure out the pinout of the cable that powers to the motherboard(atx)?
and the adapter for these isn't available atm

should I make it by myself and what tools do I need?

they are almost certainly HP's special flavour of 12VO, so they have a +12vsb rail instead of a +5vsb rail, so an ATX to this thing converter needs active voltage conversion.

they're usually one header with ground, +12vsb and +12v. and a separate header with the signalling like PS_ON and PWR_GOOD.
