Spotify doesn't play or show any tracks whatsoever

Today I ran into a serious issue that I don't know what to do with. When I open a Spotify app on my Android phone I can't play any track or even SEE it. All I get is the same sign that says "The tracks in this release are not available". And every playlist is just empty, none of the tracks are visible. Everything seems to work fine in the web version of Spotify though.

 

What do I do with this?

Tried that many times already, as well as logging out and logging back in. As well as reinstalling the app completely
