Need help connecting PS5 to 1440p 144hz monitor

I have a Ozone DSP 27' QHD monitor (https://ozonegaming.com/products/dsp27-ips) that comes with an HDMI 2.0 and an HDMI 1.4 port and I'm trying to connect my PS5 using the HDMI2.1 cable that comes in the box but I'm maxing out at 1440p60hz, the 120hz option gives me no output. I've tried to connect my PC using that same port and the 1440p144hz works just fine so I'm all out of ideas on what to do next, any help would be appreciated. 馃檪

Ok figured it out, had to disable freesync in the monitor settings. Will leave thread in case it's useful.
