Watch out for possible FAKE Am5 cpus (7800x3d), want to spread awarness

Hey, so idk if this is the corect way to make this public but ill try it

Ive purchased myself this sealed 7800X3d for 280euro from the second hand market (OLX in Romania) and you cant test it when it gets to you, just opening the package. The Box looks normal and it was sealed and looked like the seal from amd, ive had other cpus in the past. I plugged it in the motherboard happy to try my new toy, but it wont start. Ive tried different psus and ram. I went to a friend to test it in his system which was running a 7800x3d and it didnt start there. Looked more carefully at the cpu but nothing was out of the ordinary. Looked up the am5 pinout and found the socket detect to be top right with a gnd right under it. Probed it and my cpu dosent have that, while my friends has it.
TL.DR: im 90% sure the cpu is fake and the pcb isnt connected to anything. Tried 3 psus, 2 mobos (b650 plus and b650 aorus elite), 2 sets of ram. Looking under the die there is something but dont think its a cpu. I think its a blank pcb but cant tell.
Also ive made a video on YT showing the non connected socket detect and gnd.

Your 5th and 6th picture show that clearly the lid had been pried at once before. And quite poorly at that.

It could be dead from a failed delidding attempt. The die might have cracked and they just put the lid back on and sold you the now defective chip.

Yeah that could be right, but its a fake pcb, the gnd plane is not connected anywhere and there is no continuity between any pins
