Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gimp, Inkscape, Lightburn, Corelldraw, Fotoshop, Davinci resolve pro (6k video), Blender

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  they want an AMD cpu and 2 storage drives I was tinking about 1 M.2 ssd of about 1 terabite and a second ssd of at least 2 terabite if budget allowes even more storage the budget also includes mouse en keyboard but not the display

Hello... I have made you a Build List. I got you a Single 4TB M.2 Drive which you can Partition anyway you like while you Install Windows. I also added a Keyboard & Mouse that are very good. Since it looks like you will be doing lots of Content Creation I picked the ASUS ProArt X670E Motherboard that has lots of Inputs on the Back I/O and a ASUS ProArt RTX 4080 Super 16GB GPU. This Combo is Perfect for all your needs. I added some extra Fans for the Case, 2x 120mm Fans for the Top of the PSU Shroud and 1x 140mm Fan to replace the Fan in the Rear. The AIO will go on the Inside Top of the Case. The Motherboard has more than enough Fan Headers for all the Fans so a Hub is not needed. I also added 64GB of RAM, Most Creators use 32GB for Gaming and the other 32GB for Creation. You can do both at the same time.
