I've been trying to fix this issue for hours, yet I've had no luck. Please help 😭😔

Things I've tried:

Loosening CPU Cooler
Removing battery, clearing CMOS, and updating BIOS (F3b) with q-flash plus
Using only one RAM stick (tried each slot)
Waiting 15 minutes to see if memory training is the problem

Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X
CPU COOLER: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE
RAM: Teamgroup Elite DDR5 2x16GB 6400MHz
MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte B650 EAGLE AX
STORAGE: Lexar NM710 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive + 1TB Teamgroup TM8FP6001T NVME SSD
GPU: None
PSU: Corsair RM750e (2023) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Try cleaning the ram connector pins. It helped me once 😁

I opened these ram sticks out of the box only a few hours ago, and both ram sticks don't work POST. I also looked at them with a flashlight and they look clean.
