my cousing gaming rig (r5 5600x,16gb ddr4,1tb SSD,Dell OEM 5700xt,EVGA 650w PSU randomly starts chugging web pages won't load ect tried fresh windows tried a different ssd it will start doing this anyway with or without drivers for the gpu starting to sound like a fucked gpu to me ? put in my old 5600g two days ago its been fine but sometimes the chugging take time to appears

With a fresh windows install I would be more concerned over ram or a drive being the culprit, or some issue with windows itself. Taking dells bloatware out of the question would be suspect number one but with a clean install that’s presumably not the case.

there's no bloat the gpu just came from a dell oem that he got off ebay

Why would it be a GPU? Probably bad internet and/or background tasks. Check task manager when the fans ramp up or the PC slows down.

because it was doing what was posted before unplug gpu switch to my apu it's good to go i'm responding to you on this system
