How do I find out what bluetooth embedded adapter I have in my laptop? I know I have one as it was there before I updated to windows 8.1, now its gone and I think its because I need to update the driver.

If you run Windows Update it should find it anyway, give that a try

Have you tried to find it in device manager? Because more often than not if a device is recognised, but not working, it'll be there.

Run windows update and it should be automatically be found, if not then find the new drivers on the manufacturers website.

I think I see my problem, I got 2 base system devices that have a yellow triangle on them but I don't really know what they are. I also got 1 with a triangle on it that is unknown. I think since I can't find my bluetooth maybe its one of those 3.
