Hwinfo vs Hwmonitor

I wanted to get a good temp. monitor software because my aio has been acting up recently. Whats the difference between Hwinfo and Hwmonitor. Which one should i get and from where? Thanks in advance!

Hwinfo64 is better as a general consensus, provides better data.
