Okay; So. system was TURNING OFF, then clicking (relay inside PSU)  with forced reboots(Temps are FINE); Replaced PSU. 15 Runs in on TS Extreme. Same situation. Removed a ram stick, same situation. Removed the other and switched to new ram, same situation. Temps are normal. Changed to a new Power strip same outlet. Same situation. Removed FPANEL header and external USB keyboard, same situation. Tried two different outlets; two different power strips; This issue did just randomly arrive in the past month or two; mini fridge is on this circuit as well as other stuff but nothing else loses power; u.s Iowa; Older housing but not that old been maintained.

NEW CIRCUIT DIDNT WORK

CPU Temps are FINE

changed BACK to 10900KF STILL happens but Faster, Even when trying different ram in different slots and NO RAM in the system.

any idea please I'm begging

Clicking like you'd hear during an OCP/OPP shutoff like a relay being cleared
