how to flash a vbios?

i own a rx 580 xfx gts xxx model which i bought seccond hand from a miner

the main bios doesn't show display so i use the seccond mining bios 

how to flash the first bios so that it shows display?

system specs : 

windows 11 pro

cpu : i3 12100f

ram : single channel klev cras rx 16gb 3600 cl18

psu : cooler master 650 gold v2 full modular

motherboard : msi pro b760m-a ddr4 wifi

Should be possible with the tools from here: https://www.techpowerup.com/download/bios-flashing/

 

If I'm not mistaken, their GPUz tool can export a vBIOS.

i have both apps i just don't know how to bios it corectly
