RGB LED Strips doubts

Motherboard: ASUS X570 TUF GAMING PLUS

I've bought a Be Quiet! DARK BASE PRO 901 and sadly it's gonna look pretty turned off... So i wanted to fix that

I am looking for magnetic or easy to remove later sticked RGB LED STRIPS for the insides of my tower. There are a few conditions tho:

-Must have Sonic Blue colour or closer to that (See 1st link above)
-Set up and forget/uninstall the app WHILE KEEPING THE SAVED COLOR (Like if the strip has a memory within it)
-Mobo powered (No external/outside the case wall plug) if possible

Note that my ASUS X570 TUF GAMING PLUS' BIOS is set so that all AURA stuff that comes from the mobo are turned off (else during the night i see the light through the eyelids and i can't focus on sleeping...)

Also, where would be a good enough place for the strip to be at?. Just the top or better all over the case in a square (Even tho the bottom "box" doesn't does much)?. I just don't want the flashy white dots to blind me out from the distance in some scenarios...
