Lenovo Gaming Laptop Reaching 100C while gaming

I just cleaned out the underside of my laptop where the air flows in for my laptop's cpu because it was very clogged with alot of dust, I did a benchmark and hit around 90-101C while playing unturned (don't know if it's a good benchmark just the one thing I tried), Playing a big map I had no fps issues but I feel like 100C is alot.

I'm running a lenovo ideapad gaming 3 15arh05 with the r7 4800h and 1650ti.

Cpu is rated up to 105C but still concerning if you ask me.

I only cleaned it because randomly in the middle of a session my laptop would lag really horribly and my games would come down to 10fps while before sitting at 100-150fps

Games like rust crashed after 30mins and others like valorant my fps would go from 180-200 to around 100-120fps

Is my laptop thermal throttling at 101C when it's rated up to 105C?

additional note: when my pc would lag my cpu would sit at around 5-10% usage

I'd say do a repaste of your GPU and CPU. Use a thermal paste like Arctic MX-6 ARCTIC MX-6 4 g Thermal Paste (ACTCP00080A) - PCPartPicker

Message me on discord (bread8669) for more help

If the PC is very dusty you need to open it up and clean the fans. Remember to unplug the battery and no vacuum cleaner. Electric air duster /air compressor or canned air. As filpo mentioned, you can also repaste CPU and GPU. If you don't feel safe doing so, I would advise getting a PC repair store to do it for you.

This is how the PC looks on the inside:

Yup, look at cleaning the fans inside. This is my Lenovo Legion 5 one time. The fine dust can make it through the outer filter and stick to the fan itself. I used a brush to clean this.

I would feel safe doing all of that but I don't have any thermal paste as of now or compressed air, I was thinking of just brushing it out!

But is 100Celcius okay until I do that?

My gpu runs at the same temp it's been running since I got it, around 85C which seems to be fairly normal apprantly, the fan for it is also not dusty (the backfins from what I can see)

I just made a thread earlier about something else but I forgot to mention also that my laptop does randomly restart itself accasionally, Even when doing nothing it will just go black and restart, My lights don't turn off nor my peripherals. Any idea on what this is? My motherboard has been replaced 3 times for it but dosen't seem to be doing much, my ram has been swapped too and my drive. Is this maybe just a bios/windows setting thing? like auto-restart?
