Can Razer phantom keycaps and razer be installed on non-Razer keyboards?

Razer isn't a good company. Even if they were, you shouldn't be a fanboy towards any company.

I want to buy a razer keyboard but i don't have the money 馃槥聽so i thought i could buy a cheap keyboard and install聽razer switches and keycaps. Can i do that?
