Probably don't have proper drivers for that iGPU installed.

That iGPU has been supported since Kernel 5.4 and Mesa 19.2, Debian 12 should be on Kernel 6.1 and Mesa 22.3.

Given it's a DisplayLink USB 3 Monitor you may need the DisplayLink Driver.
Officially it only supports Ubuntu LTS. https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics

There is however a community maintained script for other distros, https://github.com/AdnanHodzic/displaylink-debian

I don't know why is my resolution so low and I only have 1 option

This my output of xrandr
xrandr: Failed to get size of gamma for output default
Screen 0: minimum 800 x 600, current 800 x 600, maximum 800 x 600
default connected primary 800x600+0+0 0mm x 0mm
   800x600       75.00*

CPU: AMD 4600G

RAM: 16GB DDR4 at 2666

what monitor do you have?  It's unlikely but it may need drivers

With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!

I have never thought about that!
I'm using an Asus ZenScreen portable monitor so I think it might not support Linux too well.
But If I try to connect to my Linux using nomachine I also get the same result for xrandr
