Windows only sees drive in Task Manager and Device Manager

I have no idea how, but:

1. Disable device in Device Manager

2. Reboot

3. Enable device in Device Manager

4. Reboot

fixed it.

 

It shows up now!

I have encountered a very strange problem. One of my disks now only detects in Task Manager and Device Manager:

It's detected as Disk 8 there and it lists a mount point.

Checking Device Manager also reports its existence.

But checking diskpart, File Explorer and Disk Management all report its nonexistence.

I've tried rebooting with no success. Does anyone have any ideas? I can't find anything online.
