Is there a task manager for android that works like Windows TM?

Like that shows you all the programs opened and what resources it's taking up? To easily end the tasks of things as well. Basically Windows TM but for Android. My phone has nothing opened and 65% of my RAM is being used. From my research the OS and its basic apps it has opened takes up around 1.5GB and I have over 4 being used.
