Clicking noise

Hi guys it's me again.

Been experiencing some clicking noises coming either from the power supply (MSI Maga550bn) or the gpu (Gigabyte RX 580) 

 

The reason it might be the gpu is because it only clicks when i'm in after effects/premier pro and loading a video in/going through the timeline (on some heavier vids)

 

On after effects it stops clicking as soon as it renders the sequence, meanwhile on premiere pro it sometimes clicks (like 6 times in a row really fast)  when loading in and sometimes not.

 

Just trying to see if a gpu can make this type of sound? Also I hear buzzing (not clicking) in all games that I play. Sometimes louder, sometimes quieter, but it's always there unless the machine is in idle.

 

As far as I can hear, I think its the psu.

 

The machine overall is very stable and it passes Furmark and Cinebench working at the same time for like 15 minutes.
