What is the best bang for the buck Chromebook Plus device right now

Looking for a new chromebook, which meets at least the new chromebook plus standard, and you can get devices from like 400-500$, and very expensive devices.

Which is the best bang for the buck chromebook plus device to buy right now?

I know I could Google this, but would be nice if somebody had some actual experience from using these devices over longer periods of time, instead of just reading reviews based on a week of testing, at most.

I didn't know anyone used them for more than a week. /s

but really though I don't think ive ever seen someone use one for any extended period of time without slowly hating it.

Please, I didn't ask for a general opinion on chromebooks, let alone a negative one, so please give a relevant answer instead of just hating on chromebooks, which are very competitive and perfectly fine for most people.
