Is there any settings in the Asrock bios where I could get the same results and a little drop in temps or is this Asus specific only?

Yes, there should be. There's two methods:

  1. On the main overclocking page, there should be a menu option for a PBO max temp and an optimization number. I forget exactly what this setting is called though (it's present on all motherboard manufacturers though).
  2. In the AMD Overclocking menu, you should be able to mess with PBO settings and specifically the curve optimizer. The "PBO optimizations" in reality are just one click changes to the curve optimizer and the PBO temp limit, so you can just set them directly rather than the admittedly convenient setting on the front page.

So I rebuilt my PC today after all afternoon bending new tubing runs. My coolant temps are the same still. How my idles temps and writing this my CPU temps are around 40-55c at times. Is this high? I don't remember seeing such high idle temps. However when I was on my ASUS board I ran the "PBO enchantment" & I think on 1 or 2 and I heard it actually boosts performance and lowers temps. That could be why I suppose.

Also both systems were using a kyrosheet and still am if this matters.

Ah, sounds easy enough. Thank you, I appreciate the help.
