Cs2 freezing while in settings menu.

So I have a 7800X3D and a 4070ti. The resent problen I've been having is that when I'm in the settings menu in cs2 the games fps seems to drop really low (lag) as if it couldn't run the game. Also when I try to use the un game voice chat the game just freezes until I let go of the mic key.

Never had the problem before.

mic problem :Settings > Sounds > Turn on the optimized microphone activation. Now when you will turn on microphone while the game, you will not freeze

 

settings issue: Its happening to multiple people so its not just a you thing. Its a CS2 Issue.
