^^^ Admin cmd, diskpart, list disk, sel disk (whatever # is the one you want to wipe), clean (this will nuke the drive, do not run it on something you care about by mistake), exit CMD, yay your drive is back to a single blank and you can format it however you wish.

How do I fix this help

I installed windows on one partition but formatted both, now I can't combine them anymore since windows thinks they are 2 hdds

There any data on those drives you care about right?

I'd open cmd, type diskpart. Then select disk (Disk number HERE( should be to the left of the picture in the OP). Then clean. This will reset the drive and erase all the data.

Just extend the volumes after creating a new simple volume.

Eeeeh, no. These are (like I mentioned) treated as separate drives in windows but the drive tells windows it's 1, so expanding tells the full 8tb but says "there's not enough free storage" or so

You can easily just reinstall Windows, delete partitions and install on the full 8TB.

Which is what you'll need to do anyway, after you CMD the partitions away and reset the drive.

Tf read the post, I HAD windows installed on them once and deleted it now since I need the full 8tb of space, I don't want windows on these drives.

Can't happen to figure out how you meant that, can you provide the full command with example disks or the ones of the screenshots please?

Here is the example commands in cmd(need admin, but it should prompt you if you don't open it with admin). You also need to know the disk number. I'm gonna use 2 for the example here.

diskpart

select disk 2

clean

Isn't clear that you don't want Windows.  It sounds like you had Windows on a partition, and now want to go back to a full 8TB (assuming Windows since you don't mention any other drives).

Apologies for not understanding your vague post.
