PC keeps restarting to a black screen with no input on the keyboard and mouse.

Hello, my PC keeps restarting to a black screen with no response from the keyboard and mouse, although all the fans are spinning. Sometimes, it only restarts 1-3 times. Yesterday, it restarted 14 times. Sometimes, when I manually restart, the PC will restart to a black screen.

Here is the list of benchmarks I have conducted, but it still keeps restarting to a black screen.

  • I tried the built-in Windows 10 memory checker mdsched.exe, but no memory problems were found based on the scan results**.**

  • Swap the RAM using a different RAM slot.

  • Benchmark the GPU using Furmark (1920x1080 Fullscreen, Anti-Aliasing 8x MSAA) & Heaven Benchmark (30 minutes total), PC did not restart when the benchmark was ongoing. For Furmark, the GPU state was at 100% and 60-65°.

  • Build the PC again (Pulling the Motherboard, GPU, PSU) and re-do the cable management.

  • Reinstalling the Windows 10 Operating System.

  • Changing SSD of Windows Operating System.

  • Changing USB slot of mouse & keyboard.

  • Resetting the BIOS and clearing the CMOS.

Reliability Monitor is no help. Just getting a critical event with a summary of "Windows was not properly shutdown" due to being forced shutdown via turning off the UPS after getting a black screen.

PC Specs (Both CPU and GPU at idle are at 45°)
Processor: Ryzen 5 5600g (APU is disabled in the BIOS)
GPU: Asus RTX 3060Ti 8gb
Motherboard: Aorus GA-AX370-Gaming k7 (BIOS is F51i)
RAM: 16gb 8x2 2666mhz
PSU: Seasonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze (with PSU Sleeves 24 pins, 8 pins and 6+2 pins)
Keyboard: Logitech G512
Mouse: Logitech G502

I haven't tried to do yet:

  • Try a different RAM or use only 1 RAM stick.

  • Using the PC with just the APU of Ryzen 5 5600g.

  • Try a different keyboard and mouse.

  • Try a different monitor or HDMI cable.

  • Try a different GPU (Though I don't have any spare GPU)

  • Try a different PSU

Your help is much appreciated.
