USB ports faulty, maybe, idk, help pls :(

Just built a new pc with the following parts:

Gainward 4070

i5-12600k

Gigabyte Z790 UD

2x8 Kingston GB Ram DDR5

650W Aerocool Lux

 

Everything works mostly fine, except that sometimes when I boot up the pc, the motherboard's  USB ports don't work properly, for example, audio is all robotic, keyboard input is late, mouse is the same, but sometimes it work's like nothing is wrong, I would really like some help, I can provide more info if needed, thank you.

Yes, I have Windows11, I also installed all drivers except Intel Serial I/O Driver, it gives me this error after installing it

Pressing Install using compatibility settings shows me this, troubleshooter is useless

lol.. most boards don't have serial ports anymore.. so don't worry about it. 

 

on your board you have an internal serial port, that unless you know what it is will never use.. 

it's all USB now.
