Bios got corrupted

I was updating my Lenovo x280 laptop  and once update was done it went blank nothing shows when I power on my laptop just light and fan spins

So I saw some videos of bios recovery with Phoenix Crisis Recovery 

But I need Bios.wph were will I find one 

In my bios file when extracted

I just see .FL1 that too two files with same name in different folder

 

Any suggestions how to recover.

I looked up Lenovo's site for your laptop and theres a BIOS Update tool which is a bootable image, have you tried that?

The laptop is bricked so I suppose it will not work  need some recovery tool.

 

Yes I went through bootable image used only for  making bootable images I think
